Please be aware of the following when ordering:
1/ We are a small business BUT everything listed as available is actually in stock here in the UK. Deliveries normally are sent the next day, but occasionally there may be a delay processing them. Our feedback (Trustpilot) shows this is rare.
2/ We are not always able to offer timely support but we will do our best to help you if you are having problems.
3/ If you want a part that is not listed, ask. Maybe we have it anyway – and, if not, we can get it.
4/ We love 3d printing as much as you do. Share the love & help spread the word that we exist.
There are some great Facebook groups for FLsun printers. If you need support, those groups will find you a solution to your problem (probably faster than we can – but we will help much as we can)
