FL-QQS-MAIN-V1.0 Motherboard
This HISPEED motherboard has been updated by FLSun recently – they replaced the processor on the board with an upgraded model. This has, however, caused some problems when trying to flash the updated firmware onto the newer boards.
If you are trying to update with the latest download from FLSun you may see your update freeze at bmp_about.bin. This is a known problem and is easy to fix.
Inside the printer you will find a ribbon cable approx 3cm wide that links the motherboard to the screen at the front. This will, likely, be covered in a silver shielding – this is self adhesive and needs to be removed for the newer boards. Once you remove this coating the printer should update and operate normally.
