If you have a faulty printer then you can send it to us. We charge a fixed cost for repairs of £45 + parts per SR printer, regardless of the fault we need to repair. Better still, we give 10% discount on all parts.
Here is an example, for somebody that maybe has a broken hot bed:
The hotbed is damaged and needs replacing:
Labour = £45.00
New hot bed = £34.95 – 10% = £31.45
Return postage = £11.95
TOTAL = £88.40
In addition, we give the printer a full service, check the calibration and clean the fans and internal parts.
Maybe it is also a good time to ask us to fit some upgrades too.

- We will itemise all that needs replacing before we do any work
- On completion we will send you the completed repair bill

We highly recommend using the original packaging for returning your printer. If you do not have it then we advice careful packaging. We do not need the cables for the printer.
